"Started hiking this morning around 6:15 and after a few miles decided I was feeling good enough to try to send it for the 2:25 bus to Mount Shasta. Ended up getting there around noon. Got a ride from a traveling angel named Scott. Gave me cookies and let me charge my phone in the car. Had a super good lunch then resupplied at one of my favorite stores along the trail so far. After I ran a couple other errands I started walking towards the freeway and Scott happened to drive by. Picked me up again and dropped me off at the trail with a beer to have for dinner. Carried a can of refried beans for tonight and tomorrow night so had bean burritos for dinner. Stoked!" 6/21/22 7:09 PM
